Scholarship SearchScholarships are a great way to get extra money to pay for college. There are hundreds of scholarships available for DC students, and they do not need to be paid back. Plus, scholarships are not just based on financial need. Some scholarships are awarded for good grades, community leadership and service, artistic or athletic talent, and many other criteria. There's even one for people who are left-handed! See Federal Programs and DC Programs for financial aid that you might be eligible for from the federal and DC governments. Or search on this page for a list of additional scholarships, internships, and fellowships that are available for DC students. Note: This information is for the 2008-09 school year.
