- DC Family Education Expo, Sept. 12 (Columbia Heights Education Campus) — a day for families to learn about the resources to help their children succeed in school.
- DC College Success Foundation/Costco DC Scholarship Fund Breakfast, Sept. 16 (Trinity Washington University) — a fundraiser to raise $1 million for college scholarships for DC public and public charter school students. Invitation only. Download the press release.
- Greater Washington National College Fair, Sept. 29 (Convention Center) — an opportunity to meet with national college representatives. Find out more.
- Heads Up College to Kids Summit, Oct. 7 (American University) — a summit on how middle and K–8 schools can improve students’ college preparation through more strategic use of out-of-school-time programs.
- City Council Hearing for Students, Oct. 10 (Wilson Building) — an opportunity for students to testify about college preparation issues.
- OSSE Public Policy Forum, Oct. 13 (Columbia Heights Education Campus/Bell Multicultural High School) — a retrospective on DCTAG and its impact on DC students’ college enrollment and graduation.
- College Pride Day, every Friday — a way to generate conversations with young people about their college plans by wearing college garb to work.
